Uso do web aplicativo como estratégia para o ensino da medida da pressão arterial na perspectiva dos acadêmicos de enfermagem. 2018. 107f. Dissertação (Mestrado em Enfermagem) - Universidade Federal de Alfenas, Alfenas, MG, 2018.https://repositorio.unifal-mg.edu.br/handle/123456789/1243The measurement of blood pressure is one of the most accomplished techniques in nursing in the workplace, and even if the procedure is considered simple and easy to perform, many professionals banalize or perform it in a disinterested way. The teaching of the BP measurement should be valued by the educators in nursing and, therefore, it is necessary to adopt active teaching strategies through technology, capable of mediating the appropriation of knowledge, which has provided an evolution in education. This is a methodological study for the construction and refinement of web application and qualitative with the objective of analyzing the teaching-learning process from the perspective of nursing academics. It was approved by the Research Ethics Committee, CAAE: 69073917.3.0000.5142. The participants of the study were constituted by 19 academic members of an Extension Program of the School of Nursing of a public university of the South of Minas Gerais. The research was carried out during the second semester of 2017, in three stages: construction and refinement of the web application, application and realization of the focal group. The construction of the web application based on the Seventh Brazilian Guideline of Hypertension and the refinement by five experienced judges in blood pressure measurement and skills with technological tool. It was verified by the answers of the judges that the web application was considered an adequate teaching-learning strategy to be used by nursing academics. The second stage consisted of the presentation of the web application to the academics in the classroom with internet resources, through the own cell phone or notebook, which allowed the shared access of the information. It was clarified that the web application could be used within 30 days from the date of submission and that after this deadline, they would participate in a focus group to express the use and learning process on the measurement of pressure. Two focus groups were carried out and from the testimonies analyzed it was possible to apprehend a central theme entitled Knowledge construction on the measurement of blood pressure through a web application and two subtopics, The look on the technology and, the look on different forms of learning. The participants pointed out that technology in teaching has still been something new, even in the technology era, and explained some limitations, especially in relation to the available link access. However, it was pointed out as a facilitator and as a great technological tool that can complement teaching in the classroom. However they recognize that it does not replace the teacher and the classroom. The importance of technology for theoretical and practical teaching was evidenced, since for the acquisition of the necessary competence for the measurement of blood pressure, it requires scientific knowledge and practical skills. The tool provided a teaching environment that took into account the individual characteristics of the participants regarding the different forms of learning, since they addressed a variety of didactic resources, being dynamic, innovative, easily accessible and fast. Technology in nursing education can make the student more active, with greater autonomy and security for performing procedures, as well as enabling the development of critical-reflexive thinking.application/pdfinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Pressão arterialDeterminação da pressão arterialTecnologia Educacionaltecnologia da informaçãoEnsinoEnfermagemCIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEMUso do web aplicativo como estratégia para o ensino da medida da pressão arterial na perspectiva dos acadêmicos de enfermageminfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisResck, Zélia Marilda Rodrigues
