This one had as its scope of study the context of the Roman conquest in the Iberian Peninsula in the High Empire with the possible laws arising from this situation in the historical aspect. The text seeks to demonstrate the pertinence and relevance of the object of study from a historiographical discussion, using an incursion into bibliographic sources of authors who have dedicated themselves to this analysis.
