These studies investigated the influence of edge effects and some within-patches aspects. However, there are no studies in literature that evaluated how landscape structure affects directly different reproductive functional groups, which is the aim of this study. This study was carried out in 8 landscapes (1000m buffer radius) centered in a forest fragment. For each landscape we calculate the area, connectivity, percent of forest cover and percentages of coffee, pasture and sugarcane matrices. All species (195) and individuals (2031) with DBH ≥3 cm sampled in fragments were classified in reproductive functional groups (RFGs), within functional associations. The influence of landscape structural parameters on diversity of functional association was verified by Generalized Linear Models. These models quality was assessed by Akaike corrected values. Functional associations and RFGs were negative influenced by percentage of pasture and sugarcane matrix and positive influenced by fragment area, connectivity and percentage of coffee matrix.
