However, teaching work is important here, which is characterized mainly by the teaching-learning process and development. The educational sector, in this context, has been marked by precarious work, both in terms of work organization and professional devaluation. It is in this context that this work is based, with the objective of analyzing the experiences at work for teachers of public schools in the municipality of Varginha / MG, from the psychodynamics of work. Psychodynamics of work, the guiding theory of this study, encompasses issues such as suffering, pleasure, defense strategies, recognition and identity with work, pointing to the psychic processes involved in confronting the subject with the real work (DEJOURS, 1994). For this purpose, the snowball method for data collection was used as methodological procedures, where fifteen semi-structured interviews were conducted with teachers from the municipality. For the analysis of the data, we used the Analysis of the Core of Senses - ANS, proposed by Mendes (2007), which was adapted from Bardin (2004). The results found point to excessive work loads, development of pathologies resulting from the organization and educational context, but there are also experiences of pleasure, related to the valorization and recognition by the students with the work performed.application/pdfAcesso RestritoTrabalho Docente.
