Dissertação (Mestrado em Ciências Odontológicas) - Universidade Federal de Alfenas, Alfenas, MG, 2018.https://repositorio.unifal-mg.edu.br/handle/123456789/1139The objective of this study was to evaluate the microhardness and surface roughness of restorative materials: Filtek Z350 XT® composite resin, Bulk Fill Composite Resin and two modified resin resin ionomer cements Vitremer ® and Riva ®) under the influence of three beverages including: Coca Cola ®, natural orange juice and natural yogurt, controlled by a group of artificial saliva. A total of 256 specimens were prepared, 64 bodies for each material to be tested. These were further subdivided into the artificial acid and saliva beverage groups (control group), leaving 16 bodies of each material immersed in the beverages for 1; 24; 72 and 168 hours. In each case, microhardness and roughness tests were performed. The results were submitted to ANOVA with repeated measurements with 16 replicates. There were 512 plots. For a post hoc examination and the Tukey Test was used. All tests were performed, use 5% significance.
