In developing countries, the agreement purpose is to direct them toward the sustainable development of their industry. Many GHG reduction projects are being developed, among which changing of fuel, solid waste treatment, use of recycled raw materials are some of the measures that can affect this reduction. This projects partner company, which operates in the field of synthetic fibers and resin, is concerned about sustainable development and has taken steps to reduce its GHG emissions. Therefore, this work aims to draw up company carbon inventory and analyze GHG emissions, before and after the reduction measures. In a dialogue with the partner company, it was possible to identify the sources of emissions and the reduction measures taken. GHG accounting methodologies, and model quality indicators were used to evaluate the ensembled data. Once in possession of the accounted emissions, statistical analysis showed that changing the type of fuel in hot fluid processing boilers reduced the company’s GHG emissions. This reduction enables the company’s entry into the Voluntary Carbon Market because it generates more revenues than expenses for its certified accounting, i.e., it is profitable. A model was proposed using the data given by the company, which describes the ratio of production to GHG emissions, facilitating future business forecasts and decision making by the company. Finally, a baseline was created to account for emission reductions due to the installation of a PET recycler, which can decrease the company’s emissions.
