Objective: Evaluate for the optical of nurse of Family Health Strategy the capacity of Primary Health Care of coordinate the Health Care Networks. Method: Transversal quantitative study that were interviewed Nurse of counties of a small region of health Minas Gerais, for Instrument of Evaluation of Coordination of Health Care Networks for Primary Health Care, in months of November of 2017 and April of 2018. The data were consolidated in Microsoft Excell, that was used for calculate the scores of instrument, in dimensions and globalization. Applied a descriptive analyze with score of frequency of categorical variables and the score of central measurement of continuous variables. Were realized tests for association between the variables and grouping of similar profiles. Were considered the significance level of 5%. The project was approved for Research Ethics Committees of Federal University Alfenas, under the advice of 2.303.523. Results: Was interviewed 49, the majority of female sex, average age of 35,71 years and working in average 6,12 years in Family Health Strategy. None counties was classified as dissatisfaction condition as regular, the evaluation of coordination of Health Care Networks for Primary Health Care, was classified like good condition. The associations shows that the lower the index of human development, better is the evaluation of population dimension. The dendograms shows similarities and dissimilarities between the answers of professional groups of nurses by the municipalities of action. Final Considerations: The results presented shows that in small regions of study, the Primary Health Care has capacity of coordinate the Health Care Networks and that the nurse professional has fundamental function in this process. Was possible perceive important similarities, between the evaluated counties, in assistance of individual and family, health management, structural aspects and work process.
