The objective was to track articles on moral harassment in Primary Health Care. The Lilacs, SciELO, Scopus, PubMed and Web os Science databases / databases were used, as well as the gray literature, from 2010 to 2019. Analyzed 19 articles and it was found that the harassed ones were mostly nurses, female and under 50 years old.
