Dissertação (Mestrado em Ciências Odontológicas) - Universidade Federal de Alfenas, Alfenas, MG, 2015.https://repositorio.unifal-mg.edu.br/handle/123456789/841Due to the relevance given by aesthetics and the frequent use of ceramic systems that utilize laminate veneers and porcelain crowns, this study proposes to evaluate microhardness and the superficial roughness in vitro in ceramic manufactured specimens submitted to the action of two bleaching agents (15% carbamide peroxide-based (Opalescence Tooth Whitening-Ultradent)) and 38% hydrogen peroxide (Opalescence Boost-Ultradent)). Twenty-four ceramic specimens feldspatic IPSd.sign(Ivoclar-Vivadent) were manufactured and divided into three groups: Group I (Control, immersed in distilled water); Group II (exposed to the action of 15% carbamide peroxide for 6 daily hours); Group III (exposed to the action of 38% hydrogen peroxide for 1 daily hour), all in a period of 14 days. The microhardness (microdurometer) and superficial roughness (rugosimeter) tests were performed before and after 14 day treatment. The values obtained were submitted to statistical analysis.application/pdfAcesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/CerâmicasPeróxidosCIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ODONTOLOGIAAvaliação dos efeitos do peróxido de carbamida 15% e peróxido de hidrogênio 38% sobre a superfície da cerâmica IPS inlineDissertaçãoMoretti Neto, Rafael Tobias
