The quality of life at work can contribute to make the work environment healthier to the worker, providing greater well-being and satisfaction. This paper aims to investigate the perception of the employees about the Quality of Life in the Work at the Rectory of IFSULDEMINAS. To achieve this goal the work was divided into eight parts: the introduction; work considerations; the models of analysis of Quality of Life at Work; The methodological procedures; data analysis; final considerations and intervention proposal. The research is characterized as descriptive and exploratory, using a quantitative and qualitative approach. There was a return of approximately 82% of the questionnaires delivered. The results indicate that the servers are satisfied with most of the factors that compose the Walton Model (1973), but four factors that, in the perception of the servers, can negatively influence the Quality of Life in the Work: lack of external wage equity ; Stress and fatigue caused by the workload; The interference of work in personal life and the absence of actions focused on entertainment and leisure.
