A literaturereviewwasconducted using the RBS Roadmap methodology, along with fieldresearchconducted at the Infraction Records Center of the Environmental Secretariat of theState of Minas Gerais. The literature review demonstrated a certainconsensus,listing the main impacts as effluent generation, solid waste generation, andatmospheric emissions, followed by high consumption of natural resourcessuchaswater, electricity, firewood, and fuels. However, field research data analysisprovidedinformation contradicting the referenced literature, indicating that the mainimpactsare actually: unauthorized water consumption (18.31%), dairy operationswithoutenvironmental licensing (18.31%), discharge of untreated effluents directlyontothesoil (13.15%), and consumption of flora products without proper registrationwiththeState Forest Institute (12.68%). It was concluded that the main solutionstotheseproblems are directly linked to improvements in dairy management, investmentsintechnology, and better training for individuals and teams.
