It aims to understand the role of education within the Brazilian Bolsonaro's right-wing movement, particularly in relation to the moral domain of education and the symbolic disputes arising from it. The specific objectives include mapping and interpreting the native categories of the School Without Party (ESP) bills, as well as investigating the educational domain in specific literature related to this universe and Social Sciences. The research is qualitative in nature, with a basic and descriptive objective, focusing on analyzing the ESP bills at a federal level between 2014 and 2016, along with secondary sources related to this theme. The study observed that disputes over educational dominance contributed to shaping "bolsonarismo" as a moral community, creating binary oppositions that shifted progressive understanding and conveyed a message of moral corruption in the country. Through elements of the educational domain, such as portraying teachers as exploiters and dominators, the discourse of ESP aligns with authoritarian populism, offering insight into the paradox of a conservative and insurgent movement.
