In this way, it is committed to the activity that interferes with the quality of the service provided. Due to the greater life expectancy, it is possible to find professionals from different lives, due to the same institution. Considering that work studies differ according to standards and professional profiles, it is necessary to analyze the values ​​of employees in relation to the historical framework to the meaning of professional suitability to adapt to the work demand. This descriptive cross- sectional analytical study aimed to verify whether there are correlations as different in which nurses identify with their job satisfaction, identification as an objective in the work of subscribers and identification in the market of users inserted in the market If the release of generations to which it belongs, X or Y. The data they perceive, were apprehended from a distribution medium in three parts – sociodemographic availability, generational and Tis Scale. -line. The sample consisted of 392 Brazilian nurses working in the profession. The results allowed us to observe that there was a predominance of nurses who identified themselves in generation X, followed by Bomer, a minimum amount belonging to a generation Y and also those who fall into the generation of more than one generation. Among the characteristics of the Boomers and X generations in terms of job satisfaction, these are the closest.
