Dissertação (Mestrado em Gestão Pública e Sociedade) - Universidade Federal de Alfenas, Varginha, MG, 2017.https://repositorio.unifal-mg.edu.br/handle/123456789/1056The present work seeks to verify the organization of Local Productive Arrangements (LPAs) in Brazilian territory, considering the determinations of the National Policies of Regional Development (NPRD) I in (2005) and NPRD II (2012). These policies aim to guide regional development to reduce inequalities. To this end, a brief discussion on economic growth / development, considerations on regional issues and on the development of development policies in the country is taken. The history of Brazilian state planning initiatives for economic development is presented. It discusses the determinations of the NPRDs and presents the organization of the LPAs in the Brazilian territory. Considering the objective of this work, it is presented the distribution of the LPAs by the Brazilian regions, the economic sectors involved in the arrangements, the application of the prioritization mechanism, the validity of the development plans and the location of the polo cities. From these data, the relations of the reality of the organization of the LPAs with the determinations of the NPRDs are considered, taking into account their points of prominence and limitations. The results indicate that in practically all aspects analyzed there are situations of policy compliance, but also serious distortions occur, mainly in relation to the priority establishment of the regions served.application/pdfinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Desenvolvimento Econômico.
