Perspectiva econômica e ambiental da minigeração distribuída de energia solar fotovoltaica e sua aderência ao plano de desenvolvimento institucional de uma universidade pública federal. 2021. 84 f. Dissertação (Mestrado em Administração Pública) - Universidade Federal de Alfenas, Varginha, MG, 2021.https://repositorio.unifal-mg.edu.br/handle/123456789/1909Photovoltaic solar energy is a promising source of energy for different types of institutions and is established as a new resource incorporated into the planning and sustainable development of organizations. In Brazil, Resolution 482/2012 of the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) made it possible for consumers to generate their own electricity through distributed generation (GD). In this perspective, federal higher education institutions started to invest in forms of energy generation from renewable sources, with emphasis on the generation of photovoltaic solar energy (PV). In this way, they assume a new role, no longer just consumers, but also producers of their own electricity. In this new scenario, universities are faced with the need to plan and manage the energy generated in their domains. The present work is characterized as exploratory research with a qualitative approach to data. Thus, through a case study, the objective was to develop an analysis of the distributed mini-generation of photovoltaic solar energy at the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA), from an economic and environmental perspective, pointing out its connection with the Institutional Development Plan (PDI) of the organization. The results of the study demonstrate the economic feasibility and environmental impact of distributed mini-generation of solar photovoltaic energy in terms of avoided CO2 emissions. In addition, it points out the connection of this form of DG to the Federal Development Strategy for Brazil (EFD 2020-2031), to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to the institution's PDI. As an intervention proposal, a goal and indicators for monitoring the results of the GD are presented, contributing to the monitoring of the university's planning.application/pdfAcesso Restritohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Geração distribuídaEnergia solar fotovoltaicaPlano de desenvolvimento institucionalDesenvolvimento sustentávelPhotovoltaic solar energyInstitutional development planSustainable developmentDistributed GenerationCIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAOADMINISTRACAO PUBLICA::ORGANIZACOES PUBLICASPerspectiva econômica e ambiental da minigeração distribuída de energia solar fotovoltaica e sua aderência ao plano de desenvolvimento institucional de uma universidade pública federalDissertaçãoCuri, Maria Aparecida
