Dissertação (Mestrado em Enfermagem) - Universidade Federal de Alfenas, Alfenas, MG, 2018.https://repositorio.unifal-mg.edu.br/handle/123456789/1285Diabetes Mellitus is a global health problem of the century. Among the complications of Diabetes, the Diabetic Foot has great resistance to the high incidence rate. Since the so-called integrative practices, such as acupuncture, are called intervention practices for the substitution of diseases and health promotion. The study is the study of atrial acupuncture on the risk of Diabetic diabetic, as well as investigating the same of people with Diabetes Mellitus type 2, before and after the action, inside the Skin and annex; Sensitivity; Vascular conditions; Blood Circulation by ITB and Tissue Temperature Test. This was a randomized, controlled, blinded trial between August and December 2017. The last edition was 44 people with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, who had been at least five years old, who had not been enrolled more than E -SUS of primary health care in the municipality of Alfenas. After randomization, participants were allocated to two groups: intervention group (n = 22), who had 5 sessions of atrial acupuncture and group control (n = 22), who did not receive a proposed proposal. All participants were evaluated by a trained professional, in three moments: initially (before any intervention); One day after a last auricular acupuncture session and 15 days after the second assessment. For this, the Instrument of characterization of the subject, the application "Caring for the Foot", an Ankle-Brachial (ITB) and a thermography were used. Data were analyzed by intention to treat (ITT). For an analysis the Shapiro Wilk Test was used to determine the normality of the data. Use the Mann Whitney, Wilcoxon and Wilcoxon Tests paired for the non-parametric data and the Student's T-Test and T-Test paraparate for the parametric. The tests were exact Fisher, McNemar and Chi-Square for the dichotomous variables. Atrial acupuncture is not significant in the classification of the risk of Diabetic Foot. The same occurred with the information solutions on the films and appendages, as well as in the neurological testicles. However, it was not evaluated by the Ankle-Brachial Anxiety and was considered as having been evaluated during the intervention process, as well as a thermography, which showed the importance of temperature measurement. in intragroup analysis. Therefore, it is possible to affirm that atrial acupuncture was efficient in improving circulatory conditions and plantar temperature. However, the number of occurrences that have already been paid to do is to register in the risk classification of Diabetic Foot.application/pdfAcesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Acupuntura auricularDiabetes Mellitus Tipo 2Pé DiabéticoEnfermagemReabilitaçãoENFERMAGEM::ENFERMAGEM DE SAUDE PUBLICAO efeito da acupuntura auricular sobre o risco do pé diabético: ensaio clínico controlado e mascaradoDissertaçãoIunes, Denise Hollanda
