All compounds were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory activity in the mechanical induced hyperalgesy model in mice (Von Frey) and carrageenan-induced mice paw edema at a dose of 100 μmol/Kg. The results showed that derivatives LFQM-119, LFQM-120 and LFQM-121 were more active than 4- hydroxybenzophenone (1) in the Von Frey test. In the third hour these compounds promoted an increase in the pain threshold of 32,8, 43,4 and 72,7%, respectively, while the 4-hydroxybenzophenone (1) did not show antinociceptive effect. The derivative LFQM-119 was the most active inhibiting the inflammatory edema in 81% in comparison to 4-hydroxybenzophenone that caused a inhibition of 47% in the edema in the third hour after carrageenan injection. The derivative LFQM-124 showed better antinocicepitive effect the ketoprofen and effect similar the indomethacin. The derivatives LFQM LFQM-122 and-123 were the most active in inhibiting inflammatory edema, the anti-inflammatory effect was similar to that promoted by indomethacin and ketoprofen. The docking studies show that the derivatives and LFQM LFQM-119-122 exhibited better interaction with the COX-2 and derivatives and LFQM LFQM-123-124 exhibited a better interaction with COX-1.application/pdfAcesso Abertohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/BenzofenonasAnti-InflamatóriosSimulação de Acoplamento MolecularQUIMICA::QUIMICA ORGANICASíntese e avaliação da atividade anti-inflamatória de derivados benzofenônicosDissertaçãoSantos, Marcelo Henrique Dos
