Has the general objective to analyze the process of managerial work of nurses face the implementation of the NCS and specific, identifying facilitators and challenging mechanisms for implementation of NCS in the practice of nursing work, as well as analyze the managerial models and care that guide the praxis experienced by nurses and characterize their knowledge, analyzing their academic preparations and training. This is a qualitative approach, grounded in the theoretical and methodological framework of Hermeneutics-Dialectics. This study consisted of 32 nurses working in the profession Hospital three institutions, public education and public private legal natures of Alfenas-MG. Was approved by the Research Ethics Unifal-MG with Opinion under n. 139.518. Was used for data collection technique by focus group participants nurses. Content analysis, according to Minayo, applied to the discourses identified three major empirical categories. In class facilities and challenges for SAE in the daily work of nurses is encompassed subcategories: - teamwork; operationalization of SAE and people management. In the category experienced conservative models, we identified two subcategories: - centralization of power and standoff in care: X comprehensive care disease. And finally, in the category conformation of knowledge of nurses for practice in SAE, we identified two subcategories: - dichotomy between theory and practice and management knowledge of nurses. The analytical categories were based on the three theoretical axes, and, in the structural dimension, we consider the proximity of the empirical context of the transformations determined by process management and care nurses' work in relation to the planning and organization of the data and their actions existing management and care models. In particular dimension, the teacher praxis that outlines the training of nurses for their professional practice, trying to adjust to the managerial practice knowledge in a manufacturing perspective, meeting the demands of professional and life. In singular dimension as space intercessor between education and the reality of health institutions, between theory and practice, between the subjects of this investigation, the nurses, to the conformation of the Professional Practice Law and their managerial skills and solidification of existing. The results showed that the successful operation of SAE is through a mutual development, in which people are valued by the organization to the extent that contribute effectively to its development, as well as organizations are valued by people in that offer them concrete conditions for its growth.
