This dissertation aimed to assess the operational efficiency of a campus of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) during the period from 2020 to 2023. The research falls within the field of Public Management and sought to provide information to assist management in planning and allocating resources rationally and effectively through a recommendation report. The methodology used was a quatitative approach, employing Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to measure the relative efficiency of undergraduate programs on the campus over the analyzed period. The study identified programs that are on the efficiecy frontier and those that are distant from it, determing the factors that affected efficiency and which programs could serve as benchmarks. The relevance of this study lies in the possibility of replicating the methodology for Other campuses and higher education institutions, expanding institutional evaluation strategies.
