For that, considering the "Verticalização do Ensino" subject as focus, taken, by law, as one of the objectives of the "Federal Network of Professional Education" belonging federal institutions, and supporting myself on the "Institutional Theory" optics, I'll develop this research, assembled with my institution members, looking to identify which obstacles could interfere with the work performed by educational masters in the "Campus Nepomuceno", and to encourage the vertical education among the Campus students. Going further, I also intend to identify the local existence of the, named by literature, "institutional entrepreneurs", actors or groups with power that may also be encouraged to cooperate with the verticalization purpose through institutional work performed by management.
