Dissertação (Mestrado em Administração Pública) - Universidade Federal de Alfenas, Varginha, MG, 2023.https://repositorio.unifal-mg.edu.br/handle/123456789/2345The purpose of this dissertation is to study the case of the Innovation Laboratory of the 6th Region (iluMinas) and thus map the procedures and structure the methodologies used to develop innovative solutions for the judiciary, but especially for the Federal Regional Court of the 6th Region. To carry out this journey, we employ a bibliographical review to researched, the literature on innovation and innovation laboratories in the public service and the judiciary. Furthermore, Law No. 13,243/2016, a landmark of innovation in the Brazilian public service, and Resolution No. 395/2021, which established the innovation policy in the judiciary, through documentary analysis were studied, in addition to the ordinances, from the judiciary Section of Minas Gerais and TRF6, which implemented the innovation laboratory in the Federal Court of Minas Gerais. Through this analysis it was verified that the creation of this sector is based on the theory of innovation in the public service and supported by the judiciary's innovation policy.
