Avaliação dos efeitos agudos de dois protocolos de aquecimento na temperatura superficial e no desempenho funcional dos membros inferiores de praticantes de futebol amador e recreacional – um ensaio clínico controlado e randomizado. 2020. 77 f. Dissertação (Mestrado em Ciências da Reabilitação) - Universidade Federal de Alfenas, Alfenas, MG, 2020.https://repositorio.unifal-mg.edu.br/handle/123456789/1695Football is one of the most practiced sports in the world and its fundamental part is the player. Considering that the rise in body temperature is a natural consequence of preactivity warming, and that it can be modified by increasing blood flow, a controlled and randomized clinical trial was conducted to assess the acute effects of two heating protocols on surface temperature and performance dominant and non-dominant lower limbs in amateur and recreational soccer players. 44 male individuals were evaluated, indoor soccer players, 17 from an amateur club (age 27 ± 2.04 years; height 1.72 ± 0.03 m; mass 72.50 ± 3.62 kg and BMI kg / m2 24.75 ± 1.27) and 27 recreational practitioners (age 22 ± 1.31 years; height 1.74 ± 0.03 m; mass 74 ± 3.62 kg; BMI Kg / m2 23.4 ± 0 , 79). The athletes were allocated three groups, G. Fifa N = 15 (Fifa Heating 11+), G. Conventional N = 14 (Conventional heating) and G. Control N = 15 (no heating). The surface temperature was assessed by a Flir® thermal imager. Functional assessment was performed using vertical jump tests, Single Hop test, Tliple Hop Test and Six Metter Timed Hop. The data are presented in the form of delta (Δ = post - pre). In the amateur and recreational thermographic evaluation, thigh PD was found (Rec - 2.30 ± 0.39; Amad 0.0 ± 0.42; p = 0.02), thigh PND (Rec -2.20 ± 0.37; Amad 0.0 ± 0.37 p = 0.01) and PND leg (Recr -1.30 ± 0.31; Amad -0.40 ± 0.32; p = 0.03) for athletes who performed the conventional protocol. In the pre and post comparison, it was found (p <0.05) for thigh AND in the FIFA and conventional groups, and leg AND in the FIFA group. For recreational practitioners pre and post, it was found (p = 0.03) for Coxa PND with the conventional protocol. No significant differences were found in relation to functional tests. There was a significant difference (p <0.0001) in PSE for recreational athletes in the FIFA and conventional groups in relation to control. The FIFA 11+ and conventional protocols promoted a reduction in the surface temperature of the dominant and non-dominant lower limbs for amateur and recreational athletes.application/pdfAcesso Embargadohttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/ReabilitaçãoTermografiaDesempenho Físico FuncionalExercício de AquecimentoCIENCIAS DA SAUDE::FISIOTERAPIA E TERAPIA OCUPACIONALAvaliação dos efeitos agudos de dois protocolos de aquecimento na temperatura superficial e no desempenho funcional dos membros inferiores de praticantes de futebol amador e recreacional – um ensaio clínico controlado e randomizadoDissertaçãoSimão, Adriano Prado
