| dc.description.abstract | Na indústria de cosméticos, o uso de pigmentos para produtos de maquiagem é de grande importância, e, entre esses pigmentos, o estudo destaca os de origem natural. O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar uma prospecção tecnológica de documentos patentários referentes ao uso de pigmentos naturais de origem vegetal para aplicação cosmética utilizando o Espacenet como fonte de dados. Foram feitas análises em relação à evolução anual de depósitos, à questão geográfica, ao status legal, aos titulares e inventores de tecnologias e à Classificação Internacional de Patentes (CIP). Foi possível compreender a tendência do mercado para a utilização de pigmentos naturais, identificando como primeiro documento em 1981. O ano de 2019 trouxe 38 documentos, sendo 23,72% concedidos e 42,29% descontinuados. A China é o principal território de prioridade, com 206 documentos, A61K8/9789 é o principal domínio tecnológico e Wild Flavors lidera o ranking de titulares de patentes. | |
| dc.description.abstract2 | In the cosmetics industry, the use of pigments in makeup products is of great importance. Among these pigments, the study highlights those of natural origin. The objective of this study was to conduct a technological prospecting of patent documents related to the use of natural plant-derived pigments for cosmetic applications, using Espacenet as the data source. Analyses were conducted on the annual evolution of filings, geographic distribution, legal status, patent holders and inventors, and international patent classifications. The study revealed the market trend for natural pigments, with the first document from 1981 and the year 2019 having 38 documents, of which 23.72% were granted and 42.29% discontinued. China is the leading priority territory with 206 documents, A61K8/9789 is the main technological domain, and Wild Flavors lead the ranking of patent holders | |
